Ardeo Education Solutions is a public benefit company that partners with higher education institutions to provide Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs) that are smart for students and smart for colleges.

Ardeo is a Latin verb meaning “to be on fire” or “of passion.” We are passionate about the life changing impact of higher education – and are committed to lighting a path for students that helps eliminate barriers that often restrict them from pursuing their passions on campus and after graduation.

Ardeo’s Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs) are a compelling safety net for prospective students and their families. LRAPs provide a powerful promise: if income after graduation is modest, the program will help repay federal student loans, parent PLUS loans and private alternative loans.

Ardeo’s Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs) help remove barriers to higher education. According to report, the following demographic groups would not have attended their chosen college or university without the offer of an LRAP:
- 24.6% of students of color
- 23.6% of first-generation students
- 27.2% of students with a family income less than $100K
