RNL, CampusESP and Ardeo surveyed more than 6,400 parents and guardians of prospective college students to explore their preferences, expectations and experiences regarding their college search process. The report provides insights into how colleges and universities can engage prospective students and their families and improve equity in access to critical college planning information.
During the webinar, we discuss findings from the report, including:
- Communication preferences for parents.
- Financial expectations and challenges.
- Campus visits and online education.
- Travel for college.
- Loan Repayment Assistance Programs (LRAPs).
Colleges and universities understand the importance of providing clear and thorough college planning information to their prospective students – but is that vital information really reaching families?
