A Note from Ardeo on COVID-19
The coronavirus COVID-19 has created an unprecedented situation, causing significant changes to daily life at colleges and universities across the country. We care about what’s happening on your campus and we want you to know that we are still here to support you, your team and your students.
We want to assure you that we are fully operational and providing the same level of client service and support to our Ardeo community as usual. Our organization has taken proactive and precautionary measures to keep our team healthy and to ensure business continuity – so we can continue to help you and other institutions like yours.
Out of an abundance of caution, Ardeo has suspended travel to clients for the next few weeks and will use web-based tools for trainings and meetings. We will continue to follow updates on the coronavirus and adhere to CDC guidelines. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any questions about Ardeo Education Solutions or our loan repayment assistance programs (LRAPs).
