Former Marine and Author Joins LRAP Association
LRAP Association is proud to announce that author, higher education strategist, former Marine, and former Vice President for Enrollment Management, Sean-Michael Green, has joined our team as Vice President of Client Service. In his new role, Sean-Michael will serve as a resource for colleges and universities seeking to grow their enrollment and net revenue.

Sean-Michael comes to LRAP Association fresh off his successful tenure as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut. There, he led a team responsible for growing the new incoming class by 46% in Fall 2018.
Combining his passions for higher education and entrepreneurial leadership, Sean-Michael began his professional career after serving in the United States Marine Corps. He parlayed his experiences as a Marine into advisory and consulting roles with clients such as Yale, Dartmouth, and The Princeton Review.
Among his writing credits are Marching to College: Turning Military Experience into College Admissions (Random House 2004) and The Things I Learned in College: My Year in the Ivy League (The Leigh Publishing Company 2016), along with dozens of chapters and articles in other publications.
Sean-Michael has 25 years of leadership experience with the last 12 coming specifically from higher education. He served as Associate Vice President for Graduate Enrollment and Marketing for the University of New Haven and Dean of Graduate Adult Enrollment at Marist College. Sean-Michael holds Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from Cornell University, an MBA from Marist College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania; he is currently finishing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at Franklin University.
