Meet the Presenters
Chant Thompson, Executive Director, NACCAP
Chant Thompson has more than 30 years of experience working in the higher education industry. He took the position as Executive Director of NACCAP in 1994, after serving as Dean of Enrollment Management at Huntington University in Indiana for 14 years. At NACCAP, Thompson works with a coalition of private colleges, universities, seminaries, graduate schools and secondary schools that are committed to promoting enrollment at Christ-centered institutions. He has been instrumental in the growth and development of key programs and initiatives including the Christian College & University Fairs, which has grown to include Canada and hosts more than 150 events annually; THE Guide to Christian Colleges and Universities, which is in its 11th year of publication with over half a million copies in circulation; as well as countless training and career development programs for high school counselors and admissions professionals.
Roger Kieffer, Vice President of Client Service, Ardeo Education Solutions
Roger’s career in higher education spanned 37 years including 30 years of enrollment leadership. He served as Senior Vice President for Enrollment at Trinity International University for 13 years. Prior to his service at TIU, Roger served as chief enrollment officer at King University (TN) and his alma mater, LeTourneau University. In addition to his part-time role of Vice President of Client Service at Ardeo Education Solutions, Roger is founder and president at GOALign Resources, a firm focused on executive coaching and leadership development. He is also a senior affiliate consultant, specializing in enrollment solutions for Credo Higher Education. He has a bachelor’s degree from LeTourneau and a master’s degree from the University of Wyoming.
Matt Osborne, Senior Vice President of Client Service, Ardeo Education Solutions
Matt serves the needs of his clients and their students, bringing with him 30+ years of experience in higher education, and a passion for helping students pursue their callings. He previously served as the Vice President of Enrollment at Spring Arbor University, where he helped increase their main campus undergraduate enrollment by over 60% with Ardeo’s LRAPs. Matt supports Team Ardeo’s product development initiatives, and continually strives to improve the program to better meet the needs of our students and colleges.
